Rejuvenating Spring Chocolate Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Cup RS Fresh Almond OR Soy Milk
1 tbs Sun-Warrior Chocolate Protein
1/2 RS Ripe Avocado
1 Tsp RS Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp RS Shelled Hemp Seeds
3 or 4 RS Pitted Dates
Handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender
- Blend on high until smooth
- Garnish with fresh bananas, or organic berries, chia seeds & hemp seeds.
