Cherry Tomato Salad

The perfect summer salad, pairs delightfully with organic meats, pasta, and glass of sangria or fresh iced tea!

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Knolive Olive Oil

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

  • 1 clove chopped garlic

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk balsamic, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a medium bowl, until fully incorporated.
  2. Fold in tomatoes, basil. and garlic.
  3. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until the flavours come together, about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
  5. Taste for salt and pepper.
