Ginger shot ‘the flu kicker’

Here is a short DIY recipe for our classic ginger shot (which has been dubbed as ‘the flu kicker’):

  1. Cut and peel a chunk of ginger (3” thick)
  2. Finely grate ginger – set asside
  3. Juice a 1/2 lime – set asside
  4. Add a pinch of cayenne powder to a 2oz. shot glass
  5. Add ginger and lime juice to shot glass – stir until combined
  6. Build up saliva in the mouth

(This recipe will be intense in ginger, just add more line juice if you prefer it less spicy)
